Cheapest iPhone on O2 Prepay is €479 for 8gb iPhone 3GS however they have been out of stock for some time. (EDIT Back in stock now)

    Then 16GB iPhone 4 at €579
    Then 32GB iPhone 4 at €679

Apple Sell it directly for the following prices:

    8GB iPhone 3GS €499
    16GB iPhone 4 €599
    32GB iPhone 4 €699

If I were you I'd pay the extra €20 and get it directly from Apple as it would be unlocked
