They've had that for a long time never cared much as other places have the same and better.

Indeed it seems most of the stuff on ANN lead to either hulu, funimation or crunchyroll.
But at best video stream quality is capped at 480bp-are there other legal places that do higher level stream quality? or would i be better off with legal downloads for dvd quality?
