Registering as a charity

The Charities Act 2009 establishes a regulatory body for charities, but this has not been set up yet. Before this, the Revenue Commissioner kept a list of charitable organisations. Does one still apply to the Revenue Commissioner until it's established or is the whole thing in limbo at the moment? Thanks

You still apply to the revenue.
