Can pc's in the comp suites burn dvd's?

    Silly question but i honestly can't remember if they do?!

    I'd much rather only bring my netbook up this week which is a hell of a lot easier than hauling my alienware all the way from cork! :)

    They should be able to burn CDs okay, but afaik they're still running Windows XP which doesn't natively support DVD burning thus requiring third party software for DVDs (e.g. Nero, Roxio, etc). I think Nero or CDBurnerXP is installed on the PC Suites, but the only sure way to find out is to go into a suite and check it out!

    I've since been burning dvds on campus so tis all good. All campus pcs seem to have nero too so burning .iso's wasnt a problem. :)
