Windows 7 can't see exe files in windows explorer

    Hi All,

    Am new to windows 7, so am probably missing something quite basic. Basically it will not let me view any .exe files in windows explorer, or in the command window?

    Has anyone else ever seen this before, i'm assuming its for security reasons, does anyone know how to disable it?
