The buddy is getting married next year and entrusted me with the responsibility of organising the stag but I have no notion of where to begin.

Am looking for a place where there will be plenty of outdoor activities such as paintballing/ go karting, plenty of pubs, typical lads type weekend like.

If anyone knows of places like this then suggestions would be greatly welcome and appreciated.

PS Hope this is the right forum for this question.

I am getting married next year, because some people for the stag do are coming from Ireland and some from Scotland it was decided that we would have the stag in Belfast. In the end we decided that we would do clay pigeon shooting and karting as our activities, but there seem to be plenty of places close by that offer a few different things to do (examples include):

A friend of mine was best man for a wedding last year, he organised a stag do for Westport and they spent the day sailing before heading out at night.

We went to Mullingar last weekend. Good lively town with plenty of good pubs. Bouncers not as strict on groups of lads as in bigger towns like Kilkenny / Galway etc. Midland karting / paintballing is only 20 mins away. We did the karting, very good track. Stayed in the Austin Friar Hotel (town centre) for €30 a head.
