3V card questions

I've ordered a 3V card online and I have a few questions before I buy anything online with it.

Do you actually top up the card or is there a number on a receipt you use to use the money?

If it is not on the card and instead is on a voucher:
    Do you get change?
can you save up the money on the card before you buy anything e.g get E50 everyweek to save up for something that is E200, or is there a certain number for every amount paid?

When you buy ''top up'' for it, you receive a receipt with a credit card number, and you get your CCV2 and expiry date sent to your e-mail. You then use this.

The card is just a way of getting the credit.

Yes, each voucher has a different card number - this makes the system more secure but has the disadvantage that you'll most likely end up with several vouchers with small amounts left on them.

Used to use this, find the Ulster Bank Visa Debit so much better
