    IPC Galway /UKIPT Galway , Radison Hotel , Galway . Dec 1st - 5th 2010

    Season Two of the PokerStars.com UK & Ireland launches in Galway - part of the Irish Poker Championship.

    This will be PokerStars.com’s first visit of the tour to Ireland which starts in Galway ,the event will take place at the Radisson, December 1st – 5th, 2010 and is part of a four-day Irish Poker Championships.

    The Main Event of UKIPT Galway will feature a €1,000+100 buy-in and will be capped at 400 with a guaranteed prize pool of €250k.

    This event is a televised one and will be shown on Channel 4

    As ever, there will also be live satellites to the Main Event.

    The main side event is a €320 + €30 2 day game, starting Friday the 3rd of December at 7pm.
    There will be a a turbo satellite 5 seats guaranteed to the main side event @ 3.00pm on the same day

    Side event 2 is a €220 + €30 2 day game, starting Saturday 4th of December at 7pm.
    There will be a turbo satellite 5 seats guaranteed to the side event 2 @ 3.00pm on the same day

    Side event 3 is a €100 + €10 + (€20 to charity) 1 day game, starting Sunday at 3.00pm.
    Galway Deaf Society Charity Bounty Event will have five Charity Bounties
    added to the event by PokerStars.com and the UKIPT. Players who eliminate
    any of these five Charity Bounties will receive a bounty prize of €250,
    with €150 going to the player and €100 donated to the Galway Deaf Society
    in their names. This money is added by PokerStars.com and the UKIPT and
    is not removed from the Prize Pool

    Sunday will also see a €1,000 + €100 Heads-up tournament starting @ 2.00pm, confined to 16 players. Winner takes all.
