    Hi all,
I've just started running to get fit nothing too serious, I'm not training for a race or anything...yet!! However, I think I've strained my hamstring.it just feels tight I have no problem walking or going up the stairs. My question is can I still keep running or should I stop altogether until it heals . If I do stop I'm worried that I won't have the motivation to start again as I was just getting into it!
Also does anyone have any advice on how to treat this.? I'm a total novice on running / athletics
    Any advice greatly appreciated
    Thanks

[Mod] Hi Monvoy, sorry we don't give advice on injuries here, please see the charter for why, thanks. [/mod]
