Any program that'll update my drivers?

Hey all,


Computer issue; it keeps shutting down with a "Driver IRQL not less or equal" issue. Googling recommends i need to update my drivers.

Found a program that'll do it called Driver Detective but it wants me to pay (ha!) and I can't find any serial/registration keys online for it.


Anyone know of a free program that'll take a scan of my PC and update my drivers for me (preferably something where i can start the program and come back to the pc later on and have it all done for me).

You could use Everest to find out what hardware you have on board, and then google search for the drivers you need...

You could also check the computer manufacturer's website, most of them will have some kind of driver download page...
