Wow how'd ya find time to do anything else? You should add Modern Family and House to your list, two very good shows.

I watched House all last season, but fell out of favour this year...reading the House forum, i don't seem to be the only one. MF while an excellent show didn't grab me enough, tried the first two eps.

I watched four eps. last season and decided it wasn't for me, but what i saw wasn't too bad, Lauren Graham is great as is Peter Kraus, and i kinda crush on Erika Christensen.

Nice to see it weighted more towards adult shows, Rich..... (I expected worse!) :D
Out of your list, I watch exactly half of those shows (12).

Bloody hell that is some amount of tv you watch. How do you find the time? By the time I get home from work, go to the gym, make and eat dinner it is 8.30pm and I go to bed at 11.

Out of your list the only things I watch are Fringe, The Walking Dead, Glee and The Event. All great shows. I also watch the fantastic Raising Hope and Modern Family as well as Supernaturtal. I have Boardwalk Empire downloaded but havnt the time to watch it yet. Likewise with Nikita.

Having to watch 90210, Gossip Girl or 2 and a half man would be my idea of hell.

    Community

Can only think of the UK and most good shows have only 6 episode seasons.

I've a suspicion subtitled series like Spiral and Wallander (BBC4) are probably too much like hard work.

How do you find the time:eek:

Boardwalk Empire and the Big Bang Theory are the only ones I watch.

I've only heard of 2 of the others.

For me, recently it has been Boardwalk Empire, Dexter, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, An Idiot Abroad, Bored to Death, Raising Hope, and recently caught up on Breaking Bad (which I now have to wait for the new season!)

Other programs that I like to watch, but have not been tracking whether their new series are back on or not, include Entourage, Misfits, How to Make it in America.... Can't actually think of anything else at the moment!!

One's I am going to try start watching soon are Walking Dead, and (someday) the West Wing!

I recommend that everybody who is a fan of Soprano's/The Wire style crime/drama should watch Brotherhood. All 3 series were fantastic, and I am devastated it is no longer showng.

I watch 5 of those, but used to watch a couple more (Gossip Girl and SGU have both been abandoned quite recently). Serious US bias though, Richard, are you not in Ireland? BBC has some excellent shows (Spooks, New Tricks, Silent Witness) and even RTÉ has been known to make some good current affairs and documentaries. I've really been enjoying TG4's Seachtar Na Casca, though it's finished now.

Isn't that why they made an English language version?

I'd probably watch alot of the same stuff as RD but I'd add Supernatural, Parenthood, Hawaii 5-0, Raising Hope and Sons of Anarchy ;)

There's a serious lack of good (aka non-Chuck Lorre) comedy in your viewing schedule..

.. a bit of 'Modern Family', some 'Raising Hope', some 'Outsourced', a sprinkle of 'It's Always Sunny'.

If 'excellent' doesn't grab you, what's your minimum requirement?

jesus Richard, with that much escapism packed in to the week, you must hate your life..

I mean i know it's excellent, but the style is just not to my personal taste, i'm not dissing the show or implying it's anything but excellent, but it dosen't entertain me in the same vein as 2.5 Men or TBBT....i'm very picky when it comes to sitcoms.

And cheers to everyone who thinks i'm a clown, put in that option as a piss take, but least they have an outlet to voice there annoyance :)

That's something i hear alot, like guys can't enjoy shows like GG for example, i disagree, you're closing yourself off becuase it's a given this or that show is "just for girls", Tower Prep is on Cartoon Network, yet is quite adult and very dark....does that mean it's only for kids?

Nikita is on The CW, but most would say it's content is adult and male skewing, while it's true some are pure female (Pretty Little Liars) i've gotten enjoyment from them, the fact something is aimed at girls dosen't automatically mean guys can't watch it :)
