    This guy is a gem and talked a lot of sense. Read his book a couple of years ago - his interview reminded me what a thoroughly enjoyable read it was.

    Cant help thinking that if the powers in the IRFU were a true representation of the grassroots of the game, we wouldnt have had the clusterf*ck we had tonight in terms of ticket prices, event management and performance. Hope he gets his wish to play a bit of club rugby once his ban ends do that he "retires on his own terms".

    I like him and liked his book in one sense but in another sense when things weren't going too well for him it was always someone elses' fault.

    I agree with him about rugby needs to be about the grass roots.

    Shame he jumped in the crowd and punched the head off a fan.

    Also remember him being less than gracious after the 2006 QF.

    Otherwise sure he's grand :rolleyes:

    Yes I know that, but what has he got to say that we haven't already heard 500 times in his book or on that TV show about him lately?!
