Can anyone recommend a medical professional who is
knowledgeable about RSI? Sort of an Irish equivalent of
Emil Pascarelli (who claims to have examined over 4000
    patients with RSI).

A Doctor Tierney - he was in Australia for a few years. I got the pain right up my left arm to my neck and then a shart pain in either palm followed by intermittent paralysis. It is cured by a short prescription of Orudis. It is tenosenovitis. I have met 3 with carpal tunnel "syndrome" and another with carpal tunnel. Carpal tunnel is when the fingers start to curl up and they have to be operated on. Carpal tunnel syndrome is when the pain goes up the arm and is increased by activity and is diagnosed as being the tendons. The inner wrist has one thin cut and this does not stop the pain - it returns, but they are off compensation. They cannot type, paint walls and things like that and some cannot hang out their washing. Get tenosenovitis it is cured in 3 weeks, 3 capsules a day. You will not get a keyboard job though because so many stop with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and CANNOT type - the syndrome returns. I am trying to change the legislation here so that the employers can stop calling it arthritis. It is not, no arthritis pain and cured with Orudis. I am having some success. The Military however send the sufferers directly to a Psychiatrist and they get a psychiatric discharge. This has not been corrected. Stay well and good luck.
