    Hi,
Is anyone on here taking part in this programme for new or newish teachers? Am just wondering what it was like at either primary or secondary level

I'm not sure if it's the same thing but I took part in an induction programme for NQTs a couple of years ago. I think it was pilot programme, although it had been run in previous years.

I found it neither enjoyable nor helpful. Myself and the other NQT in my school gave up on it after a couple of sessions.
