    Hi

Ive a flight on Monday afternoon (late) whats the chances of it get affected by this stormy weather ?

Im not a fan of flying, so im hoping the plane wont suffer a lot of turbulence.

    Thanks,

I went to London in 2004 and a very big storm hit the South West at that time, we left from Shannon in torrential rain and high winds, Cork airport closed and flights were being diverted into Shannon before we took off, however the take off was just normal the pilot told us before we left that on lift off it might get a bit bumpy but it was only for a few minutes and we were above the storm in blue sky in no time for a smooth flight to London. There is nothing to worry enjoy it, you get more bumps on Irish roads in a car than in a plane.

There shouldn't be a problem. The greatest chance of cancellations would be due to crosswinds, but with them coming from the east, they will be straight down runway 10 and won't be an issue, apart from some windshear for landing aircraft.
