Hi all, Is this worth playing, have heard conflicting reports about the place.Some saying its well worth playing, others saying its a waste of money. Just interested in what people reckon. Only live down the road and thinking of playing it, dont want to waste money if its not worth it. Thanks in advance.

Well worth playing, played it some time ago after first nine renovation and was impressed with the new part, I believe the second is finished so would be interested in checking it out.
