Penalty points carried over to full licence?

Hello just wondering I received 2 penalty points last year, I got them on my provisional licence, I have since got my full licence in August, are these carried on or do the penalty points drop? cheers.

Yes they are carried over - will expire after three years

The penalty points are issued to the licence holder so doesn't really matter whether that licence is provisional or full. Anyway 2 points are usually not frowned upon by insurance companies.
