Charity Shopping in Dublin

I know we've had these threads before, but I thought I'd make a new one because charity shops tend to open and close quite often.

So basically I'm going to Dublin on wednesday for a bit of shopping and want to know which charity shops are the best to check out. I remember someone saying once that one of them sometimes has U.O stuff in it, so if anyone knows which one that was that would be nice.

I haven't been shopping in Dublin in ages so if there's any other little quirky shops or vintage shops you think I should check out, let me know.

You're best bets are within the city centre:

Georges street: You have the Irish cancer society and Oxfam.
    St. Stephens green: Oxfam again
Capel street: there are several charity shops on this street can't remember which ones.

I had a very successful day with a friend when we hit up all these shops. :)

If you start at the top of Camden St you'll hit several on the way towards Dame st.
    It's Oxfam that gets U.O.
    Happy Shopping!

Thanks, I'll try to get to a few of them. Hopefully I'll get a few nice bargains.

I did well on Camden St. on Saturday, an M&S autograph dress for 6.50 and a pair of L.K Bennett cords for 10 :)

I used to work on Camden street. Once I saw a gorgeous Chanel knock off broach. It was the double C crossed if you get me. I went in just after it opened and it was gone already! I was watching the display for a whole week!:mad:

Well done on the shopping Dolly! :)
