    Hi Guys,

    Can anyone recommend an AT in Donegal?

    I'm adding a 60m2 two storey extension to a semi detached house in Letterkenny and need drawings.

    One thing I'm not clear on is compliance with building regs. What is the procedure here? Will AT be able to certify if work complies with building regs and if this is the case, I presume they will need PI insurance?
