    Hi

I have a limited company and it took some time/revenue too set it up. However Im looking to set up a simple business and it doesnt need to be limited as not dealing with alot of money. What is the fastest way of setting up a company without having to spend alot of money setting it up. There would be 2 of us involved in the company.

    Thanks in advance

    Aaron

sole trader can be better option but as you are two, then limited company is good.
It takes time but no more than 20-30 days.
Once you have company name and account you can start work and can do vat and other taxes simultanously.

i cannot think of the value but if the company turnover is less than €45k(i think) a year then you dont need to set up a company of any description as you are not liable for corperation tax hoever you cannot claim for VAT or such.

After that set up as a partnership on line takes a few forms and a few days
