CVOICE vs CCNA

I read that CVOICE is being phased out in February in favour of a new system for voip with cisco (more money for them really). With that in light, I got to thinking that I would hold off doing it for now and go with CCNA. The question is, for employment, is it better to have CCNA on the CV or CVoice? I know you need CCNA…

I know you need CCNA before CVOICE is registered but you can still do the exam pre CCNA.

So what looks better and is more likely to get you places. - CCNA or CVOICE?
