FF will probably still take 4 or 5 seats in Limerick (and they know it), hence no jobs in this region since the rainbow coalition way back in 1996!

I'm not so sure, the city is going from a 5 seater to a four seater constituency.

At present the 5 TDs are O'Dea and Power FF, Noonan and O'Donnell FG, O'Sullivan Lab.

I would imagine that O'Dea, Noonan and O'Sullivan will be re-elected relatively clearly, but it was O'Dea's transfers that got Power in the last time, will that happen again?

I don't see any new TD's making it (be it Kiely FG, Leddin Lab, Quinlivan SF or Prendiville Solicialist) so it's really between Power and O'Donnell for the fourth, last seat.

As things stand, FF have done nothing for Limerick or the Midwest, so hopefully it'll be a FG or Lab candidate to take the fourth seat.

What about Limerick west, is that still a 3 seater? they'll pick up 2 there anyway
