Sony VAIO are generally a good laptop although i've found them to be slightly expensive for the specs. This price looks pretty good though.
Google some reviews on it first though just to be sure.

you can't just ask for advice without saying it's use like for every day use that laptop looks good but for hardcore gaming you might as well be pissing into the wind buying it...so depending on the use it's either good or bad my point in all this be specific.

the specs are mid range, so for 476 its a good price, but like a previous poster said it all depends on your requirements
