Temting.. Cept I already have vc on pc and sa on ps2! Would be kind of nice to have them available in steam all the same... hmm.

Edit: If your buying all 3 it's cheaper to buy the package. Gta1,2,3,VC and SA for 7.50. (1 and 2 are free)

I got this in an earlier sale – you'll need to configure a gamepad to play as it controls horrible with mouse.

can you not play with the keyboard as you would have done in the past with the classic games?

also, is there a way to buy this now and play at a later date?im on mac, not planning on installing windows for a while, but i know i will in the future.

    thanks

Once you buy them, they're assigned to your account. You don't need to play or even install them straight away.

    Yep.

Awesome. I came REALLY close to buying san andreas only 3 days ago at the original price but I decided to wait.

Can't wait to play this awesome game again!

You can download them again or back the games up to DVD.

I got all 5 for 7.34 or something close to that, great value for the amount of gameplay im gonna get again, the loading times are hilariously fast too :D

Was just about to buy this when I realised I already own the pack:o
Paid £14.99 for this back in July and haven't even played any of the games... Seemed to be good value even back then!

    Nice one.
I got the GTA classics for 7.50.

Was desperate to play it on xbox as the PS2 version of SA has some terrible techinal problems but didn't have enough space on the 360 harddrive. I was going to pay 20 euro for it to download.

Great stuff, thanks. Can anyone recommend a decent controller to use with this?

Superb, thanks. The only games I've ever used are Football Manager, Age of Empires and Civilization so never needed one!

You probably know already but seeing as you've never used a pad before that link is only for an adaptor. You'll need an original ps2 joypad as well.

I tried out the XBox 360 pad for the PC and it won't work properly unfortunately. Looking on the web it seems it's a common problem so there is a program you can download but it doesn't seem to want to run on Windows 7! Has anyone tried the PS2 joypad and the adapter? Can you map the buttons? Can the additional analogue stick be used to control the camera?

did try to get a supernintendo control working on a pc years ago, bit messy converting the cable connected but did work

I've used a Ps2 pad with the adapter for a few years. It's worked fine for any game I've used it with.
