who is your internet service provider?
does it work with other laptop/pc?

    try via LAN cable?

go to start -> cmd -> type ping www.google.com
any respond, if not type ping 209.85.229.104 if no respond contact ISP, if there is responf from the numbers then probably DNS issue

Does the router register as having a connection to the internet?
If not, talk to your isp, otherwise it could be the config on your computer
Recommend the lan cable connection as well to eliminate wifi as a possible problem
