    With that budget approaching - it's spot the difference time

    But can anyone imagine any difference between that clip and what we'll be saying after the next budget ?

    I used to watch all the Reeling in the Years programmes, thinking how great it was that Ireland had surfaced from the gutter it was in the 70s and 80s, never thinking we'd be back to it again!

    Good video, though it's chickenfeed compared to what this budget's going to be!
