I drive a 2005 Peugeot 407 and the Dip bulbs are always blowing . Does anyone else have this problem?? and know where I can buy a stock of them cheap and how to get into the light fixing to change them.

The problem is the connector on the bulbs most likely. They melt and cause a bad connection. You can buy a modified loom for them from puegeot but it is basicly just a new block connector and is approx €50 so its a bit pricey for what you get. I tried to source a H1 bulb connector online before and couldnt find one so I ended up buying one from puegeot for my fathers car.
