    People with no income and no Jobs, depending on the welfare payments, that are going to be further diminished after the budget, will be unable to pay their mortgages. You will not be sent to prison for not being able to pay your mortgage.priorities exist, maintain life ,ie eat, keep warm ie heat, shelter , ie house, and if you cant pay for your own, rent one and the state will pay 75% of your rent. Crazy I know, but I didnt draw up the system.
