You'd really need to drive both to see what suits you best.

RWD vs FWD, NA vs Turbo, Ok'ish Interior vs Nice.

Personally, i'd choose the Nissan myself if it's the 2.0 Audi you're thinking of.

However, if you were to get the 3.2 TT, and supercharge it, now that's a different matter altogether!

350z for a big brute of a cruising car which handles very very nicely, Audi TT for a more nimble type machine, bear in mind the TT will be much more sell-able in future, the 350z will be like a wedding ring.

Only thing that put me off the 350z is that it will be sale proof in the future :( Well that and the fact my budget wouldn't stretch to the really nice ones.

I've had 2 x TT's, and love the Z, but............interior of Z is absolutely awful, very, very plasticky.

2 seats only in the Z is a no-no for me. And then it has a frickin' big strut brace to make the back even more useless.

Big tax on the Z makes is a beautiful boat anchor.

All those reasons make the TT better imho.

OTOH, love the look of the Z, love the engine.

It's all down to the money - I don't think you'd be disappointed with either, tbh.

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

As above I had an '04 Z as well and really enjoyed owning it. However, depends what TT you are looking at. I have never driven a TT but the 3.2 engine note is excellent.
The thing I enjoyed most about the Z was the exhaust note. I would recommend comparing running costs if it is the 2.0 TT you are looking at. The Z was extremely thirsty, went through rear tyres in no time, high tax and probaly similar insurance to the TT.
Ended up selling it after less than a year, still dont regret owning it though.
