Out of the industry a couple of years now

Do Dell still have the best warranty for business and homeusers by a long shot
Like where they will come to your house in a few days and repair eg. laptop
Orhave things gone downhill since they pulled manufacturing out of Limerick

    Thanks

I'm not sure having the plant in Limerick ever had any real effect on repair / service. They have their own techs, or they have an approved company i think, to do that work. I haven't had too much trouble with them. the level of service you get will be in line with your type of warranty.

i deal with them on the business side and if they say they will be there the following day they will be
The problem you will have is jumping through the hoops to an Indian call centre but i suppose everywhere is like that
The business end you go through to Scotland which is a lot easier to deal with
they deal with several companies who actually do the work
