Dboys M4 Cqb Outer Barrel Removal., how do I make this happen?

    I have a Dboys M4 CQB SD, as you may have guessed, and I want to take off the short barrel and install a full size M4 barrel.

    I cant figure out how to remove the stock outer barrel. there is a ring as in the link below, with two threads, one which points out and holds on the free floating rail system, the other whic joins to the upper receiver.

    I can get the rails off, but cant figure out ho to unscrewthe inside threads!!!

    I hope Im explaining myself clearly, (and Ive checked youtube!)

    I use an adjustable side spanner in the holes of the inner nut or you could use a cranked circlip pliars also
    PS its a standard right hand thread
