    Large room in Beechwood Court, few minute walk to the IT and the bus to St Angela's goes right past the estate :)

    Room was occupied at the beginning of the college year but the girl renting the room dropped out. She was paying €85 a week including bills. Room can be a twin room though, sharing with someone else. Landlord is saying €70 a week sharing, €85 per week as a double room. That might be negotiable though.

    Two second year guys and one second year girl already in the house.

    UPC/ Internet is the only bill we have, electricity, heating etc included in rent

    Hy, I'm looking for a room, Going to Fás at the end of the month for 6 months, Ill be coming up on Saturday to look at a few places. Do you think i could have a look at it then?

    Yeah, that should be fine. Do you want to PM me your number and I can send it on to the landlord?
    They should be able to show the room on saturday. One of the lads will probably be here to show it otherwise :)
