Vocal processors (for live sound)

howdie. as the title says, looking for something with decent reverb and a bit of delay to beef up vocals. to be honest, im not sure whats good as ive never used one. ideally rack mounted. have around 500 to spend, could extend that if the quality is good. Frank.
