Stone Masons are hard to come by!?

I'm trying to source some good stone masons to build natural stone on a dwelling in the north east area. Finding it difficult to get some firm recommendations. There must be loads of them out there at the minute who might be willing to price for work in these tough times. Would be grateful if anyone could recommend some, or even send me a PM. :)
