help- I am breakig out in 'lumps'

    HELP!!! My face keeps breaking out in huge red dots.. I don't think I could describe them as acne because they are HUGE and I have gotten 4 of them on me just in the last week and my face is starting to look really blochy because of it.

    Does anyone know what could be causing this? Recently I started washing my face with warm water then with cold to close the pours but I am still breaking out with these little lumps..

    Can anyone help?
