Quality of Service, Custom Flows

I've spent the last two days searching for information on this, but to no avail.

Long story short, I'm trying to give my PS3 priority through my internet connection, as it's only a 1MB line, and whenever anyone else in the house streams videos, or other heavy use, gameplay on the PS3 lags.... bad.

I have a Netopia Router with Eircom. And I've got a page that seems to do what I want it do to, but I'm not sure what values need to be entered.

Name - I presume this can be anything
Protocol - Do I make 2 Custom Flows, one for TCP and one for UDP?
Direction - Both would make sense
Start Port - Surely the biggest range would be the best, as in start at 0
End Port - as above, end at high number
Inside IP Address - The IP of the PS3?
Inside IP Netmask - No idea
Outside IP Address - No idea
Outside IP Netmask - No idea
Quality of Service (QoS) - No idea

    Any help, greatly appreciated
