Could you please recommend a authentic Chinese restaurant near Moore Street or Parnell Street.

    Hey there

I can't personally recommend it but I have heard great reviews of the Hop House on Parnell Street .. see this review from cheapeats http://www.cheapeats.ie/2010/11/05/big-cheap-delicious-dinner-in-the-hop-house/ and I am planning on heading there this satuday!

I have also tried lots of the other asian places around Mary Street and have found all to be really good value and very tasty!

Ho Sen is a Vietnamese restaurant behind the central bank which I would highly recommend .. try it !!

Hope this helps ... if so you might consider giving me a "like" here

The Hop House is fantastic, but it's Japanese & Korean food (which is why I didn't mention it!)
But if you're just in the market for Asian food, this place is defo worth a visit.

Hilan on Capel Street. Do a search for Hilan on this forum and you will see that it has been recommended a large number of times by different posters.

The Hop House is great, really nice food.

On the Chinese front, I don't know the name of the place but it's the second last Chinese restaurant on the right hand side as you're heading away from O'Connell Street, been there a load of times and always enjoyed the food.

Seen lots of recommendations for Taste of Chuan on Capel Street too.

There is a place on Cathedral Street just off O'Connell St. M & L Szechuan restaurant. Has two menus, an English menu with the usual suspects. But ask for the Chinese menu (which I think was translated into English). Authentic Szechuan food, loaded with chilli, garlic and peppercorn. Delicious, and about half the price of the Irish menu!

Another vote for Hi-lan on Capel Street. It's the best Chinese food I've ever had. Fantastically tastey, good quality ingredients and it's cheap as chips. Hmnn I might go there tomorrow for lunch in fact!
