Is there any chance someone could post a sample of what the folder for the Home Ec project should be like? I've got a sub teacher this year, because mine went on maternity leave, and she's awful. She can't teach properly. :( She wants us to have the folder done but I've got no idea what to write in it!

I'm almost finished making my cushion now, and she's making my class stay in tomorrow after school, why? Because SHE missed a day before mid-term, so we missed out on work. ANYWAY! Any help would be appreciated. (:

Is this for your project that involves a rug or something?. I'll say one thing about my experience of Home-Ec. We had 17 lads in our class and 3 girls, as you can imagine none of the lads wanted to be there. We used to throw food, disrupt class and refuse to take part in cookery. Our teacher got us Revise Wise Home-Ec and told us to study it one hour a week and that's all we'd have to do.. The worst result was a C in Honours.. Something like 10 People got A's (myself included). It's not hard at all, it's actually very very easy.. Get revise wise Home-Ec and study an hour a week and you will get your Higher A. I'll guarantee it
