    Hi,
A colleague uses a Vodafone mobile broadband outside of work to access work via VPN. Working fine for months then suddenly she couldn't access the web page. Because of other issues on the laptop at the time, it was re-built and the problem with the VPN web page went away.

About 8 weeks has passed and the problem is back again i.e. unable to access page. She is able to access the VPN page while at work on the wired or wireless network. She is also able to access the VPN on her home networkk.

Also, she is able to access the VPN using this broadband stick on another laptop.

So the problem seems to be this page on this laptop but how do I fix it ? Tried deleting cookies, temp files etc.

    Any suggestions ?

p.s. let me know if I am in the right forum

I have tried a good few options and I believe I also tried Firefox as well as IE but I'll double check.

Try disabling Passive FTP on your Web Browser.
Click on Tools > Internet Options
Under the Advanced Tab scroll down until you see "Use Passive FTP"
Deselect it if it is checked
    Give that a try!
