    Hi all,

Going to Dunsink Observatory tonight for one of the public evenings. However looks like it will be cloudy. Will we be able to see anything through the clouds e.g. infrared etc?

    Thanks,

    S.

Always an interesting night even if the weather is bad, first went there in the 1970's, remember been amazed at Saturn and it rings.

The clouds made it very disappointing. Not to mention the lecture on clustering, game theory and some other obscure stuff that was not really related to astronomy and went way over most peoples heads including mine.
