My son done something to my wireless router and it wont connect to the internet anymore. I can still connect by connecting the laptop directly to the installed modem but I just cant get it to work with the wireless box. I contacted Digiweb and they told me it was a Netgear problem and to ring their support number in england which will cost me a fortune. Can anybody tell me how to get this going again, I dont have the installation disk anymore which it mentioned in the online manual.
    Thanks.

Did you try resetting the router. Usually has a reset button that you need to press for about 15 seconds.

If Digiweb has a static address you may have to enter the details into the router.

Connect to the router and type your subnet mask (probably 192.168.1.1) into your web browser and hit enter. To find your subnet mask START>RUN>CMD>-type-IPCONFIG/ALL -hit enter-

You will need your login and your password.

    Hope this helps

I had already tried to reset it before and nothing had changed but when I tried it again it seemed to do the trick. Cheers.
