Flooring dilemma

    Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice on what type of tiles are practical for me to use in my hallway, kitchen, sunroom. I am aware of the different types available and their benefits but I'd like to hear from someone who has personal experience. What I would love to use is large format, high gloss (white or cream) porcelain tile. But I'm afraid that they will be very hard to keep clean? I'm most concerned about the cleaning aspect, I can handle sealing them every year (if I end up picking a tile that requires it) but I dont want to end up with a tile that I need to clean on a daily basis!

    Thanks in advance
