They're a complete waste of oxygen in my opinion, a typical high street agency where the majority I have dealt know next to nothing about the 'roles' they're looking to fill.

I've applied for a couple of roles through them both here and the UK.

On on occasion (June this year) I had a bombardment of missed calls and emails from one of their consultants in Dublin. I was working in Qatar at the time and they were trying to get me to interview for a 3 week contract in Dublin!

I said no (I was actually back in Ireland on a break) purely because of the shortness of the contract and secondly because they never responded to any emails or phonecalls I made to them last November when I was actively seeking work.I ended the phonecall right there.

This is what I despise about them and most agencies, the complete lack of professionalism and acknowledgment of people and in the case of HAYS they're among the worst.

I got the call today to come in next Friday for the group interview. Your one on the phone told there was three stages of the assessment. I can only remember one cos I was at my "job" as unpaid intern and I was only half listening to her. Does anyone know what the 3 stages are? I remember 2 of them. 1 is to do a business plan and another is to interview someone else. Does anyone know the missing one?

Also how is the assessment centre for them if anyone has any advice send it my way

    Cheers!!
