    Amid all the Bale hype what's been a bit missed is that every one of the lads put in an incredible shift. VDV, Thudd, Modders, Lennnon were all immense.
    AS was Gallas, Kaboul, Benny and Hutton (who was probably the worst in a relative sort of way). Crouch worked very hard and let's not forget Eval Knievel between the sticks!
