I see first great western have a rail line running from Paddington - Slough - Windsor.

I plan on making this trip about 4 times over two days. Great western website says its £8 single trip but doesnt seem to have return prices.
Is there any weekend passes or something which will save me money on this?

if you're using the First Great Western website, you'll be asked for the outward and return dates and times. It'll give you the single prices plus an Any Time return @ £11.

    £210.10 monthly; £2188 annual.

Unlike The Train Line website, booking via the First Great Western website doesn't add a booking fee.
