Cant sleep - melatonin?

Dont know where else to post this. I havent slept properly in 2 days. I was thinking of buying melantonin, the sleep hormone on the net. Do people out there use this or should I go to the doc? I really dont want to use sleeping tablets.

We cannot offer advice on medical issues, especially relating to the online purchase of medication or hormones.

If you are concerned about any aspect of your health then you should make an appointment with your GP.

I sometimes suffer from bouts of insomnia and I find diet and exercise to be the biggest help in getting some shut-eye.
