    Any1 any info on this race? Hilly/flat/fast etc? Going on times it looks like a v competitive race, well up at front anyways,.

    It's the hilliest course I have ever ran on.
    Here is my garmin reading from last year:

    165m of climbing over 5 miles. Just to put that in perspective that's 15 mts more climbing than the entire dublin marathon:

    The hill at mile 3.5-4.5 is particularly challenging. 100mt over 1 mile :eek:

    A great race, but not a PB course.
    My only advice is if you plan on going anyway fast get right to the front at the start of the race. I positioned myself mid pack last year, the first 2 miles are downhill but It was seriously congested on very narrow roads at the start, only after 1.5 miles did the road widen out.
    I'll be doing it this year again most likely...
