Good bunch of massage and core workouts on the TP You Tube site.

    Thanks beep beep.
have heard of the rollers but never used one
suffer badly with stiff upper back/cervical region and the runners dreaded hamstrings/glutes/it band sometimes!

Where could i purchase a foam roller? And, are there many differnt types?

I got the TP in Irish Fit, they've just moved to Carrickmines and have a fast online service. Most physio supply places and larger bike and run shops should have also.

Made three orders from them, one was perfect, one took three months before they admitted that they couldn't deliver it, one they delivered the wrong thing.

Similar experiences myself. When I ordered the TP therapy kit though, I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon and it arrived first thing on the Friday morning! Another time I ended up going out to the store to collect the items because it took so long!

I find the quadballer great for quads and IT band, and it seems that my upper leg tightness was causing shin splints, because since using this I get very little pain!

I use the Grid it's a killer - going back I'd get a smooth one first or a good massage before first use.

I had 3 orders also which were delivered within a few days - so haven't needed to experience their after sales service.

Folks over on the fitness forum http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056070456 reckon a wavin pipe works as well as a foam roller if not better (because it doesn't go soft over time).

Can't recommend this site highly enough for foam roller techniques.
