Never heard of them before. They're offers look pretty good. They're a little on the vague side about coverage though, i.e South Side - pretty big area, all of it?

wireless BB at 1Gbps??really is this possible and for 25euro contention 1:1 is this for real .their website is hosted on digiweb so are they run by digiweb?

where did you see that their site was being hosted by Digiweb?
Domaintools.com show that they are being hosted on their own servers. Does sound a little too good to be true though

You can get dedicated point to point business links at 1Gbps. Strict LOS
    Note it's NOT €25 a month
    it's €25/1Mbps Per Month = €25,000 per month for 1:1 1Gbps,

The really important bit is "Up to" on their ordinary plans. Especially if it's one base station on Three Rock.

    Address:
    Web World Ireland
    Unit B15
    South City Business Centre
    Tallaght
    Dublin 24

Where is the Digiweb connection? (curious)

    Your plugin is wrong
    www.webworld.ie
217.115.112.25 IE Ireland Dublin 53.3331 -6.2489 Sternforth Ltd t/a Web World Sternforth Limited t/a Web World

They are an ISP, They sell hosting.
Why would they be on Digiweb IP?

    Try http://www.maxmind.com/app/locate_demo_ip in future!

Of course that's not to say they didn't buy an IP block from Digiweb, or have not been bought last month by Digiweb :)

Not sure, I wasn't there when installed but there's a small aerial on the roof (smaller than on the picture on the website) also they provide a router in some plans or you can use your own.

I got their 12 mb package and it is sh***. The signal keeps dropping out. I was on Digiweb 8 mb and had no problems and only moved to Webworld because they have no download cap. Webworld will not even return phone calls and foolishly, I paid €396.00 in advance for the service and do not expect to have an easy time recovering the money seeing that they have a huge problem with returning a service call !!!!!!!!!. I would suggest staying with the more established players in the wireless market.

You should also try posting on their own forum, other users could be having problem and might reply if they see a thread already created.

    Hi Jay,

No we do not host with Digiweb, we have our own data centre in Tallaght. Our main business is server hosting but we also now do broadband.

    Thanks
