    I'm doing the LC this year and have to hand in my journal for home ec tomorrow at 9am to be check and sent off but I haven't even started assignment 5 (D) - Dishes illustrating the properties of food. It's the one all about aeration.
    Can anyone help me with the culinary application of aeration in the making of a range of dishes explaining the principle involved in each case? I've got a bit wrote out but none of it seems to go well together :( please help!
